填字題（Summary Cloze）在DSE英文考試出法多不勝數，如表格填充，改寫填充或簡答填充。同學需因應題目要求，從原文中找到合適字詞。必要時同學或需改變字詞詞性，甚至需提供自己的答案，以維持句子語法、語意的通順。

同學作答前需了解：

• The rewritten paragraphs may not be in the exact order as the stated paragraphs

• The grammatical sentence structures are usually different, but the meaning or idea remains the same

• Students are required to find the most accurate word(s)

• Hyphenated or contracted words function as ONE word

• Remember to use the words from the stated paragraphs/given texts
