How long do I have access to my classes?
Class access is available once you purchase and for 3 months.
How will I be able to receive my digital notes & exam papers?
Once you purchase a class, you will have access to the weekly digital notes & term exam papers. You will be able to download these notes on the class page found in the Snapask app or website.
If I have any questions, can I consult my tutor?
Consultation sessions are open to students who sign up within the term. For example, if you sign up for Term 2 during Term 2, you will have access to Consultation. However, if you purchase our Term 1 episodes to catch up during Term 2, there won't be available Consultation Sessions unless you've signed up for Term 2 as well.
I accidentally bought the wrong course. Can I get a refund?
